VISITOR INFORMATION NOTICE REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data

Özgün Vergo A.Ş. (“Özgün Vergo”, “the Company”) processes your personal data as a data controller within the scope and content detailed below.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

Identity Data: Information on the ID card temporarily handed over in exchange for a visitor badge when entering the premises of Özgün Vergo.
Contact Information: Mobile phone number.
Security Information: Visitor badge information, entry and exit dates and times.
Visual Data: Images captured by closed-circuit security cameras (CCTV).
Transaction Security: User IP address, MAC ID, device name, access logs.
Other: Vehicle information, license plate number.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

During your visits to the workplaces, premises, and offices of the data controller, your personal data such as identity data, security information, visual data, and other data such as vehicle and license plate information may be processed for the purposes of:

  • enabling effective visitor tracking by Özgün Vergo,

  • managing emergency procedures,

  • ensuring workplace health and the safety of employees.

Additionally, if you use the wifi service provided by Özgün Vergo as a visitor, your mobile phone number and transaction security data may be processed to ensure information security and compliance with Law No. 5651.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, as declared by the World Health Organization, your body temperature may also be processed at the entry and exit points of the Company’s premises for public health reasons.

METHOD AND LEGAL BASIS OF DATA COLLECTION

Your data is collected:

  • through security cameras installed by the Data Controller for visual data, vehicle, and license plate information,

  • via oral, written, or physical means for identity data,

  • and electronically for transaction security and mobile phone number when using the visitor wifi service provided by Özgün Vergo.

These data are processed based on the necessity of fulfilling the Company’s legitimate interests and legal obligations.

PARTIES TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA MAY BE TRANSFERRED AND PURPOSES

Your personal data will not be shared with third parties unless requested by courts, public prosecutors, enforcement offices, public authorities, or other official institutions.

In accordance with Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, you may submit your requests in writing to the address below, in line with the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller”:
